Dear Revdex.com:
I have attached documentation regarding the
claim. As you can see from the attached, advertising was purchased by Ms
*** *** in May of
Lehigh Valley accepted the advertising contract
and began production of her ads. The contract clearly states no cancellations or refunds in
bold and underlined below her signatureIn addition $was paid as
consideration for the agreementThe sales representative, Frank G*** confirms
these facts and witnessed the contract. I also attached a copy of
her advertisementSince the advertising service was contracted and work
performed we believe Ms*** *** owes the balance due
We understand Ms*** *** may have unfortunate
personal circumstances and we empathize with herHowever, we executed the
services per the contract and believe we should be compensated. The
advertising benefits her for monthsWe do not believe that we
deserve a negative rating, and should be compensated for our services
