This product was sold as a life style change- not a quick fix, crash diet, or short term weight loss solution It was supposed to teach you how to eat properly, portions and what food you should be eating There was also supposed to be support offered if you were not losing weight, I found it hard to get any type of response that was reasonable I asked questions, and was blown off This product was not what was sold!
