The business claims that per the BATFE they reserve the right to cancel any sale This is true However, my complaint is in that the business made NO effort to communicate this to the customer The complaint is not whether or not the business "reserves the right to refuse", but that they engaged in NO measure of customer service to communicate, inform, or advise the customer of this statusTheir evaluation of "questionable" is wholly without merit and entirely baseless As an individual who holds weapons permits in [redacted] ***, I am a core customer their target market aims to reach Further, the business has NO background information on my license status nor are they even aware I am an FFL The email address used at the business site is absolutely legitimate It is a common and accepted practice by email domain owners to manage and track spam, by creating and using email addresses for specific purposes of consumer transactions I will be publishing an article on multiple domains for which I am a writer for advising consumers to avoid this business at all costs I will be sharing the context of this consumer advisory across my 1, [redacted] friends, as well as any individuals who follow the [redacted] contains I maintain through professional relationships, staff and officers of both [redacted] [redacted] pages and ALL users who follow these pages It will be shared far and wide my recommendation for supporters of the 2nd Amendment to stringently AVOID this business and REFUSE to do business with them As a former Sergeant of [redacted] , and a former deputy [redacted] I find the assumptions and claims of this 'business' to be wholly deplorable and offensive
Per the ***, we reserve the right to cancel or not complete the sale of a FIREARM to any individual that we feel is questionable, with or without notice to the buyer.This individual falls under "questionable"On our website under the tab at the top of the page, we have a page called the legal stuff-please read firstThis individual clearly did not read this page and was not aware of that the item purchased requires a federal firearms license to complete the transferThe buyer wanted this item shipped directly to him, which we cannot do.The buyers email address started with " [redacted] "Our company name is Legion Precision, again this is the questionable part of this transaction.We WILL NOT complete this transaction or any other transaction with this buyer, EVER! We will forward this information on to the ***
