This customer had moved and not changed the address on his account, we send what was paid for to the account on the members account and it wasn't received due to the address being wrongPer our guidelines we are not responsible for lost or stolen packagesWe then against our guidelines send the client another pair of leggings that was again sent to a wrong address and not receivedWe have since refunded the clientBut we have lost pairs of leggings and we have refunded the client on top of thatWe have gone above and beyond and have done all we canWe have lost a lot of money on this issueThank you!
Revdex.com: Thank you Revdex.com for your help in this matter I was not receiving any resolution to my issue until you intervened On January 12th I received an email from Leggings of the Month stating they did not have any inventory of shorts, therefore they would issue refunds for the pair that were due to me I think they should know what their inventory status was (for months) and should have alerted customers that they did not have inventory to distribute As a business model, they are falling way behind Yesterday, I did finally receive a refund from Leggings of the Month Club I'm glad the issue is resolved and am hoping they can learn from their mistakes for future customers Thank you!

We have responded, we have changed our shipping date, and the first pair of leggings is shipping as we speakLeggings now ship the first week of the month
I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the Business several times regarding this issueThe responses I got were rude and unhelpfulIt took over months to get a resolution
Sounds good, I just responded that I had never received notice of the complaint until yesterdayPer our guidelines it is custumers responsibility to change address on account if they move and there is a day cancel notice so that was the last month due to usRegardless I wanted the client to be
happy so I refunded the account

But we have lost 4 pairs of leggings and we have refunded the client on top of that. We have gone above and beyond and have done all we can. We have lost a lot of money on this issue. Thank you!
