United States. Based on geography and population, some areas have more available contractors than others. I agree with the customer that it shouldn’t have taken 5 or 6 weeks to have his bed serviced, and if you refer back to his original correspondence to you it’s apparent there were delays between him contacting his place of purchase and then contacting us. The required parts to repair his bed have been shipped, and we were able to move up his service date to 2/17/16 from 2/22/17. We contacted the customer and he seemed satisfied with the change in service date. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or need additional information.
