Currently this transaction is being disputed and resolved via the credit card companyWe are willing to accept the return on all orders, but the merchandise needs to be packaged and boxed up in order for it to be picked up by [redacted] or any carrierUnfortunately, for this transaction, the customer threw out all the packaging and is unwilling to box up the merchandise for returnWe can not issue any refunds unless items are returned back to us
This message has been transcribed by a Revdex.com employee which is from a call from the business owner on 8/18/2018:Consumer came to Legends bar and met with security at the door I, the owner, was present the day this happened Establishment has a dress code which is posted and states no baggy pants (among other things) Establishment's Security denied consumer entry because of baggy pants The consumer stayed outside establishment and bad mouthed the business to people entering and leaving the Legends Again, he was asked to leave Consumer demanded to know security people's names and phone numbers Consumer has tried several more times since this incident to enter the establishment, but has been denied He has also harassed me on social media
