Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Legends Photography still has not sent my refund to me as 3/27/They need to send it to my home address which was provided upon orderI got a text and they told me they are sending my refund to coachWell, the coaches had nothing to do with thisThey mailed out all pictures to all players residences , not the coaches! This place is so unprofessional ! I will never do business this company again! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! As I told Ms. [redacted] in the text, the Director of the Sports Program told me to send the photos and refund to the coach. As he is who hired us to do the photos, I followed his directive. According to the tracking, they were delivered to the coach on Saturday, March 25.
