Review: Took my car in for body work and was returned vibrating with noise coming from the engine so I called the body shop and told them what's going on they told to bring it back in so I did, and instead of checking for the engine noise they proceeded to drive the vehicle to an alignment shop which totally defeats the purpose of me towing the car and I also received my car with more miles on it and a 19 hour job took them over a month to finish. Ending results is me with a car that vibrates after 50 mph which they said was a tire separation which is untrue if it was that the vibrations would be continously and an engine making noise now when it wasn't.Desired Settlement: I either want them to refund me my money to fix my car or fix it.

I was referred by the company that towed my car that this business: Legends Collision Center would be the best place to take my car after I was in an accident to have the repairs needed completed in a timely manner. However, my experience with this business has been completely horrible. They never return any of my calls in regards to the progress of my car nor are they proactive in giving me details on my cars status. Thus far I have made a total of six calls since they have had my car for the last two weeks. Each time I call I get the run around. Today when I called they advised me my car would be done by Friday, and when I said "...okay, I will be down there Friday...", they quickly back-pedaled and said "... oh maybe it won't be done till Wednesday of next week..". I also had my son-in-law call them and they had someone new to the business answer the phone named Jim who also was giving the run-around then advised that my car was going into "paint" and would take a week to be "reassembled". When I first took my car to this business they gave me an estimated time of being done on 05/27/2015, but at this point I am not even sure my car has been touched and they are still saying it will take another whole week to get done. It is completely unacceptable since during this time I have been without transportation and their attitude toward the issue is lax to say the least. They have no kind of apologetic attitude toward the situation, nor, do they seem to be moved to handle the situation with any kind of urgency. The way they are running their business is completely UNACCEPTABLE and trying to get a hold of their business manager Jon Conner is like waiting for a miracle to happen!
