We just received a complaint via mail. I wanted to respond to it with an email as well as mail. I just wanted to make sure that you received our response. We advised the customer numerous times that his items were on back order from the manufacturer. He was also advised that since it was a...

preordered item, per our policy, we do not offer refunds on the items. The customer was also notified that as soon as we receive his items from the manufacturer, his order would be shipped out immediately. The customer has placed 5 orders with us and has received, so far, 4 out of 5 of those orders. The final order will be shipped out to him as soon as we receive it.
