This business was truly difficult to work with from day one After writing an offer to lease a place through Legendary, they stalled and wouldn't sign off on the contract for weeks Then when we moved in, the light bulbs were either missing or broke We paid lots of money for bulbs All this after we asked that the light bulbs worked Plus the unit reeked of smoke after they said they would clean itThe air conditioning never worked properly throughout the whole term of the one year lease We wrote several letters to get them to fix it, but the air conditioning company stated that Legendary would not let them spend more than $When we left the property clean and with "move-in" condition they were late on send our deposits Plus during the first six months of the lease they removed our security door without replacing it leaving the unit vulnerable to break-ins
