I am rejecting this response because: Ms***, Legend Oaks administrator contacted my
wife and advised that we should contact the 3rd party complaints organization for their parent companyI did this but this is very poor customer service since Legend Oaks wants their investigative work done by me to get this refundI did contact the 3rd party complaint organization who put me in touch with a case worker from Legend Oaks parent company EnsignThe case worker from Ensign is making an investigation into what is going on with our refund.(Ensign investigator thinks state may not have paid their part and this may be causing delay). I will have to consider this more delay and stonewalling since I don't have answers or the refund checkI feel this is very disrespectful since all bills were timely paid during my mother-in-law's over 2yr stay at Legend Oaks and that I am a disabled veteran.

He is owed the refund. We've been experiencing technical difficulties with a new refund process. The refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the check

We received the check this morning and notified the family to come pick it up.
