Legend Auto Sales. I as a manager with Legend Auto Sales would like to accommodate you with a complementary detail. Please schedule with me in advance, it will take about 2 hours. Maybe you can drop off the vehicle for that service or grab lunch across the street. As you have stated in the complaint that the brakes were squeaky & didn't stop in a manor that they should. Legend Auto Sales check the brakes and replaced them with superior brand. It seems to me that the payment you made when paying for the service was duplicated. The duplicate charge was removed and you have a zero balance currently.

6 times already have been told I was gonna get a refund in full for my down payment is cethe bank did not a aprove me when I first got there I was told by Paco to give them a rough amount of how much I made I thought It would be around the amount I told him I got a raise a couple days ago I was never told the bank goes by my year to date so he should of know by me getting a raise a couple days ago the bank would not aprove me I told the gm and Paco the car was not running that they where able to go get it a couple days after due to it being at a shop to be looked at the said that's was fine I am very dissapointed for the reason that now this is effecting my daily routine for work my daughter appointments and now I'm 1,000 short and with no car I don't see why u guys would take away my down payment if I was told I would get a refund if a deal wasn't able to be made I would like a response stating if I will be receiving a refund or will I have to take further actions Sincerely,[redacted]
When the customer submitted her credit application she lied about the job that she supposedly had. The bank never approved the customer for the loan. After calling all the reference and calling the customer, calling the work #, mailing letters to the customer stating that the loan was...
not approved. The customer intentionally avoided contact with Legend Auto Sales. We have his a repo agent who worked a file for entire year for Legend to be able to recover the vehicle that was never finalized. It's incredibly naive of the customer to think that everything was finalized and not to make a single payment for 12 months. Hiding the vehicle and falsifying the credit application. Putting close to 50,000 miles on the vehicle and not maintaining it. Currently the vehicle is going to the auction and I estimate that it will be sold for less than $1000 dollars, this is a $8,000 loss. This transaction might as well be called theft. I'm consulting my attorney about filing suite for the loss and then collecting on it.
I will give you the money back. Come see Dennis during 9:00am & 5:30 M-F and I will return the money to you. I will take care of you. You have nothing to loose.
Legend Auto Sales Inc will not be refunding any money for the trade. Per purchase order signed by [redacted]. Customer is to be charged $0.50 per every mile driven. She drove close to 50,000 miles, that is close to $25,000 dollars. We are currently not trying to collect on the $25,000 balance but if further pressure is given then this is a possible position.
Our manager reached out to the customer and trying to work it out.
After the customer brings in the vehicle then we will be able see the condition of the vehicle and work with the customer.
