There has never been any unprofessional treatment on our end so this has made us to believe that you are confusing us with another company. Complaint: The company called and they said that they will guarantee to me I would not have to pay for my debt and supplied me with lawyers. they kept asking for my personal information like social security number Bank record credit card account numbers.They told me I didn't have to pay for my credit cards or debt that day I put in for unsecured debt. they said that I can research their company a research and the company address is registered to a restaurant in Boca Raton Florida. The company is using an online address place where three other companies are registered for the same address as well. I tried to cancel but they gave me a hard time.

Legal Warranty provides a Debt Resolution program to it's clients, which sometimes involves a legal case, where we provide a legal team that supports them throughout the process, to insure it's success. We do not guarantee the outcome of those cases, however, we do warranty the financial outcome of the client's situation.
Every one of our clients must go through a Compliance process before their enrollment in the program is confirmed. In this process we make sure the client understands the services we are providing and any additional questions or concerns are addressed. In this case, Ms. acknowledged understanding that we were not guaranteeing the outcome of the case.
It is important to highlight that we do not tell our clients to stop making payments to their creditors, this is also part of the Compliance process before the enrollment is confirmed.
There is a cancellation policy that needs to be followed and Ms. cancelled her agreement within 24 hours of her enrollment with a 3 minute phone call to Legal Warranty. She was never contacted again.

As part of the program, we work on the client's behalf with their creditors and a Limited Power of Attorney is necessary for this, which is why we request the client's personal information.
