Not sure why this company is requesting a credit.  Legal Pro Resource Purchased Legalese Attorney Service April 3rd 2015..  Payment in March  for $66.00 was a request from Guardian to us for a Certified copy for Statement of Information which $16.00 was advanced to the California Secretary of State and our charge for process is $50.00.The April charge was a request for the same but for the Statement of Information 2014, fees advanced as well.Not sure why Mr [redacted] is looking for a credit, he requested the same service in February for a different company and paid the same way with no issue.  Why is a credit request be presented??

I am rejecting this response because: I got a receipt from them that they did charge me on 04/07/2015. Please refund me. Proof of evidence can be submit anytime. Also, their staff are the same. Their respond might be fake. Thanks.

This year, 2015, I have decided to use them again. My first order was my mistakes of ordering the wrong stuff. (Statement of information - last file). I filled out the wrong information. They explain to me about the statement of information no change and last file. I was happy paying an additional 50 dollars to get the right stuff. Somehow, Chastity keep on having emergency and delayed my files. On the email I wrote to them of ordering 2014 & 2015 statement of information of no change, Chastity only order a 2015 for me. The email state clearly that I want the 2014 & 2015 file. She made a mistake on her end and blame it on me and expect me to pay 3x for my 2014 document from secetary of state. Chastity were very rude. She did not willing to complete her task of ordering my 2014 statement of information - no change. She end up want to charge me another 50 dollars for a total of 150 (3x of 50 dollars service fee) for the 2013,2014, 2015 document. I was very mad. I want to go find another servicer but did not have time due to I need all the documents by april 1st. I end up paying my 3rd 50 dollars to them to get my documents. For some reason, they still did not able to get me my 2014 statement of information of no change and still bill be another 60 dollars. This company is very un organize. Just for one simple thing, I end up tripple pay for the service, meaning I am being charge the 3rd time for no reason when they made the mistske on their end. My 2nd request was for the 2014 & 2015 no change statement for my statement of information from the secetary of state. My email clearly state 2014 and 2015 statement of information of no change.
