Thank you for your comments Our records show you selected a day free trial on August 11/and there was no cancellation on file until you contacted us on September 30/At that time, our agent cancelled the account and offered the refund for the September 27/chargeWhen you
selected the offer, it does clearly state the need to cancel or the subscription commences until you cancel the accountThe credit card page provides the same details as does the receiptWe also sent you an email on August 11th confirming the need to cancel and the date and time to cancel by appears in bold fontWe also sent you an email on August 25/advising you your subscription had started In future, if you have issues printing contracts, please ensure you contact our customer support team at 1-877-612-9120, Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm MTThey can easily assist you with your document needs As a courtesy, we have refunded both chargesPlease allow 3-business days for processing

Thank you for your comments. Our records show you selected a 7 day free trial on July 12/16. We do not show a cancellation request on file until you contacted us on Oct 7/16. At that time, our agent cancelled the account for you. There was no prior cancellation by telephone, chat, email or...
online cancellation. The cancellation details appear clearly on the 7 day free trial offer and this information appears again on the credit card and receipt page. We also sent you an email on July 12/16 with the date and time to cancel by in bold font. Another email was sent on July 20/16 advising you your subscription had started for $33.00/month. When our agent spoke with you, you indicated that you did prepare the document and we have a completed LLC operating agreement on file with your personal details. There was no indication that there was anything wrong with the document and you did not mention that at the time of your call on October 7/16. As a courtesy, we have issued a refund for the September 19/16 charge. You are responsible for the remaining two charges due to the late cancellation. Regards, [redacted]
