Legal Loan Review

Review: We signed contract with them in August 2011 to have loan modification done to cut mortgage in half and a 2% interest rate fixed. We were told it would take a maximum of 3 months to go through. It never happened. They keep telling us its in review when we do get a hold of someone which is very hard to do. They never keep in touch like they said every week. The case was never in review. We ended up going through our own bank to help us. Legal Loan Review took our money and has not done anything they said they could do. We would like all of our money back. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back in full. They did not perform the services they said they would. We would like our money back in full and even the interest that they have earned on it sitting in escrow account they had us deposit in.
