I ordered some products from this site before,and I had no problems. But about a month ago, I ordered some more and I never received anything. The tracking number says pending, so I assume it got lost in the mail. I contacted them via email and tries Thier social media accounts, but found they were recently shut down. I just want my money back or product because I did not pay for something intending to get nothing.

this order was shipped out and received a long time ago. we did not get the complaint letter because our mailing address had changed but we have responded to the complaint. see if you guys can resolve it with this customers and remove our negative score. they placed the order on april 24th, they recieved there order on april 29th. really no reason for this complaint. we have attached the shopify logs and tracking information to put on file for our records. let us know if you need further documentation. ***@***.com

First of all, I did not receive my products at all. I understand they have logs of when they allegedly sent out the products, but I have yet to receive anything. I vaguely remember getting a sms message saying my order was shipped but that's the reason I filed a complaint since I never received anything. At this point I have given up on the thought of it being lost in the mail, and have determined it was never sent out. If I had received my products in April, then it would make no sense to file a complaint in June.
