Legal Dynamics QDRO Firm

In 06/2018 I paid this company $2500 to do a QDRO on my ex wife since I was not able to do this here in Las Vegas. I continually called them for information and was essentially stonewalled each time with excuses. I was told they have information on her but was not able to retrieve the information because the place would not give them the information. I asked for this in writing from them which the lady agreed to, but I never got. As a disabled veteran I ended up dealing with medical and personal problems that caused me to have to put this into another day. I tried to reach out to them last year and never received a response. I sent notice to the State of California Bar association and was told they would look into this, but never heard back from them either. I am again needing to finish this QDRO but I am not happy about not getting what I paid for to begin with and cannot afford to pay another. The more I think about this the more I get irritated about it. I really do not know what I can do about this.
