When this moving company was referred to us thru ABF, we were informed the movers were "professional." Criteria of professionalism warrants punctuality, accountability and customer serviceThe "professional movers" were late 45" late to the schedule we agreed, no accountability of their profession job packing our precious contents into the trailer, and no collaboration between us on how we would prefer our precious contents to be packed in the trailerI am very concerned when we open our precious contents upon arrival to our new location as majority of "fragile" labeled boxes were weighed down with heavy furnitures(We tried to let the movers aware of the crushed boxes but they did not follow up.) We will not recommend this "professional" movers to anyone
