Christmas lights in the Dove Chase community in Mansfield, TX have not been working since installment a week before Thanksgiving.
The property management company has been notified several times and still no action. The Christmas lights in the Dove Chase community in Mansfield, TX have not been working properly. The lights have not been cut on since the day they were installed,( a week before Thanksgiving) and still have not been turned on the entire month of December.
It's concerning that money was spent and lights have not been working properly for the community to enjoy them. This was a huge concern with them last year and no one has taken action. It's a waste of community money if they are not going to turn the light on.
The property management presence is needed more frequent. There are so many homeowners in violations of lawn maintenance (overgrown flowerbeds, weeds, dead/overgrown grass) it's ridiculous and disrespectful to the neighbors who chose to upkeep their property. I've also made several complaints about lawn maintenance and seems to be of little importance. We live in Mansfield and yet with this management company I feel as though I live in the slums because their is little to no upkeep within the community to hold the community and neighbors responsible.
I would love for our neighborhood to have an appealing look as if we lived in Southpointe, or even Southlake, but we have to hold homeowners responsible as they determine how our homes and neighborhoods will value over the years. I'm only writing because I've been trying to see if HOA would do something about lawn maintenance without complaints, but no action has been taken.
I would like to see Christmas lights working by Christmas Eve or as soon as possible. I would also like to see more presence in the community. Lawn maintenance issues resolved and more ambience of this community. We need to uphold the Mansfield name. I would also like to be contacted via email or phone by the property management company regarding these issues
My wife and I received a letter in the mail regarding general maintenance of lawns. We were one week behind on mowing our lawns. There are properties throughout the community with junk all over their drive ways, and properties. Multiple homes have thier trash bins in the street all week long. We don't appreciate being specifically targeted and want to give future residents a heads up before purchasing a home, renting, or leasing, with the Cypress Bend community. This HOA is terrible, heads up.
I am being threatened by this company to pay homeowners fees or they will ad additional fees attorney fees etc. I am wondering why I should pay these fees when I couldn't even get the water turned on in my name from October 2016 thru May 2017? They did not do anything at all for me and did not help me when I was trying to get water turned on and the lady at the office in crowley said she never even heard about it which is a lie because I talked to her on numerous occasions. The city of ft worth also told me everytime I called that they never called to have the water changed out of their name.
Billing Adjustment The $317.82 needs to be waved. I'm suppose to pay fees when I couldn't get water for 7 months??? How do I owe home owner fees if you can't get water in your name in your own home because of it never being changed by the bridges? All they know how to do is threatening people but they don't even do their job. They should pay me 7 months of fees for my inconvenience
I cannot find the name of *** or her address, XXXXX Tower, Crowley, TX, in our system. Unless Ms. can provide her account number and/or the name of the homeowners association that she lives in, I'm afraid we will have to assume that this complaint does not belong to FirstService Residential. The business name on the complaint letter is Legacy Southwest Property Management, not FirstService Residential, so this complaint may belong to them. Please remove our address, 3102 Oak Lawn, Suite 202, Dallas, from Legacy Southwest Property Management's account, it is incorrect information.

I'm not sure how they worked out a payment compromise when I haven't even heard from these people other than being threatened. Again I was told by Jenny it's $60 a year not $90 a quarter. Even so it still would not ad up to $605 if I only lived here 1 1/2 years with the first year being free unless it's just more lies by this company. And yes the water did have to do with them and not the water company because lgi did not call to get it out of their name is what the city of ft worth told me therefore I couldn't get it in my name so again more lies. But once again I'm not stupid even $90 a quarter doesn't ad up to $605. If they tell you the first year of hoa fees are free before you even buy a house with them they they should honor that. If they tell you it's $60 a year they should honor that.
