I came to view this property in APril and applied to rent one of the homes at that timeUntil this day, I have not received a lease agreement or terms and conditions of my rental with my impending move in date being in two weeksThe leasing office has refused to provide me with a lease or move in date, and also refused to return my $administrative fee and application feesThey have purposely misled me and provided information continuously [redacted] is the most unprofessional leasing agent I have ever met! I sent her a cancellation request in writing stating that I had a medical condition that required certain accommodations in my master bath that the property did not haveHer response was that there was nothing she could do about that and the fees were nonrefundable although the office has not sent me a lease and can't confirm if the property will be ready to move in These people are crooks!
