this GC installed an egress window in my basement and it was installed wrongthere is no flashing and there is a gap big enough for a finger to go throughi have had many issues with this GC and this windowI am not sure I want him in my home but I do want this done rightHe has already tried to fix this window FIVE TIMES and it is still wrongWhat recourse do I have? I have a lot of documentation about this particular issue

We just completed a partial bath and kitchen remodel with Legacy Remodeling and were more than pleased with their work The subs were respectful of our property and being in our home They were also careful to cleanup after themselves and make the work area as liveable as possible till they returned Doug spent quality time with us and with his people making sure we were happy and most of all making sure he was happy with their workWe appreciated Doug being in constant contact with us regarding the work and time table When we had a slight tile"glich" he was there to complete the work himself...to make sure the job was done rightWe could definitely recommend Legacy Remodeling Specialist

I have had many issues with this GC and this window. I am not sure I want him in my home but I do want this done right. He has already tried to fix this window FIVE TIMES and it is still wrong.
