Avoid doing business with the owners of Legacy Real Estate, Sanjiv and Rosy J[redacted], at all costs. They are unethical in their business practice, inept at recordkeeping, and slow to respond to maintenance requests, if ever. Their apartment building had a rat infestation problem, a wall was literally falling off, and not maintained because their maintenance crew is overworked. They have make up fake invoices and fees and charge their tenants without valid backup documentation. They are uneducated, unethical, and incompetent landlords.
