Sought one of their parenting programs, they sent me an additional program and charged me without my consent. When they reviewed the call they had recorded they found they in fact did not properly explain the terms and that in order to refund me the $119.00 they charged my account without consent that I would be required to return the program the same way I received it & add tracking/insurance at my own expense. Very unhappy with this company. While they attempt to meet your needs they truly only seek to make money & in a dishonest manner.
