Legacy Moving & Storage

We arranged for a move with [redacted] on Nov 15, 2014. Move date was Dec 4, 2014 at 9am. At 8:20 that morning we received a call and they cancelled due to rain. New date and time Dec 5, 2014 at 7am. They never showed up and never returned any of our 15 calls that day or any other day since. We are senior citizens and were forced to do this move by ourselves on open flatbed trailers over the remainder of the month. We just want everyone to steer clear of them. We had used them twice before with great results BUT THIS TIME WAS AWFUL AND WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR AN APOLOGY. Thankfully no money was exchanged but there was no written contract.
