Legacy Limousine

Review: On June 13, 2013 I contacted [redacted] from Legacy Limousine to schedule a driver for July 22, 2013. [redacted] collected my credit card number to make a $200.00 deposit. He was to e-mail me a contract, but never did. On July 22, 2013 I called [redacted] again to confirm the driver for the night but he did not remember who I was or recall the plans for the evening so I refreshed his memory. An hour later I called [redacted] back to cancel the evening plans as my daughter, who the service was for, had become ill. [redacted] told me he would refund the $570.00 he had placed on my card that day but not the $200.00 deposit as it was non refundable. I informed him that I would need the entire amount back as I was not provided with a contract and did not sign/agree to a non refundable deposit, nor was I informed when I initially called him that my $200 deposit was non refundable. Furthermore, [redacted] did not even remember that he was scheduled to provide limousine service to my daughter that evening. Finally, the driver we were promised, a gentleman named [redacted], was not even the driver that [redacted] mentioned when I spoke with him. [redacted] has not returned any of my phone calls where I left voice mails kindly requesting my refund, so now I have to be bothered with filing an affidavit with my bank as well as opening this case with you.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $770.00
