I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However I do not agree with the whole "warranty" issue because if they would have addressed the issue in a timely manner everything would have been covered under warrantyI have also sent a certified letter to Legacy housing outlet about the repairs, as been told from legal advice I seekedI have not heard back yet from them but I really hope they address this problem quickly
