If I had a chance I will not even give them one star. They are just cheaters. We bought the house from them and our nightmares began. They advertised the property we bought from them as completely remodelled to the stud and so we did not get the inspection done based on what they told us to get the deal closed earlier. Well, the house was painted nicely tp hide all the cheap patch work to hide different issues. Its more than 8 months since we bought the house and they have not fixed the issues. Every time we call they say Will call you right back but never do and don't respond to any emails. They are just good patch workers. Buying house from them is getting your self into a fixer upper that is just painted good to look like new. They will advertised good and make you rush through deal to get you buy their crap. The house is leaking , the stairs were built without code last stair was 7 1/2 while others where 6 and the floors are craking within few days of move in. The windows were retrofitted and every time it rains the windows leak causing the water flooding inside the house. The lightwell area was patched up to look like new but as rain comes its starts leaking heavily and the house is damaged causing the whole area to leak and flood. The window was not fitted properly without even the molding just like a patch up from inside outside had nothing. NEVER EVER BUY A HOUSE FROM THEM .
