These folks went above and beyond with my mother's cremation recently The cremation of my father by another company years ago was the subject of a lawsuit many years ago Cremated remains were mixed together so we don't know who exactly is in my father's urn
Once I explained this to Legacy, they allowed me access to witness and ensure, without a shadow of a doubt, that my mother's remains are, indeed, in the urn
I know of no other cremation service that would have respected our request, followed through and without additional charge, give us the peace of mind we desperately needed this time
