roof he informed us about the leak he had in his sun room. We did install Decra roof to manufacturer specs. It was approved by Madison building inspectoron 5/21/2014. Later after install he called saying he had leak in his sun room still. [redacted], went out and looked over flashing and he could not see where the water was coming into the sun room. When we installed the flashing we never penetrated the sun room's roof. It is impossible for this to be a new leakbut a per-exiting leak in the per-fab sun room. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company arguments are untrue and misleading. The rubber roof can not be laid on the metal roof with many sharp fastening bolts on surface. Very unprofessional argument. It is obvious: The company has installed leaking metal flushing, new leak appeared in a new place, this leakages should be rectified immediately, or needs to compensate for the cost of work - 432 dollars.Warranty on metal Flushing is the part of the roofing company's warranty on roofing replacement of my house. This warranty ends May 22, 2016.I believe that such a company is not worthy Revdex.com "A+" accreditation.Regards,
