Legacy Dry Cleaners

My first experience with Legacy dry cleaners has left me wishing I never even found the location. I had several items cleaned and pressed here as well as alteration to a pair of wool pants. The alteration was not done as I had requested and left the pants quite short. Once I found out about the issue, I went back to the facility to try to get them fixed. The employee informed me that they would be charging me again and informed me that if I had a problem with it, I could contact [redacted]. After 5 attempts of trying to reach Mr. [redacted], I was rudely told to "get educated" and bring the pants back so they can fix them. The entire staff (including and especially Mr. [redacted]) are extremely rude and belong no where in a service industry. They lack tack, professionalism and customer service in an industry that should thrive in such items.
