legacy started this project on 3-3-and received final payment on 5-10-in which a copy of both are attached per contract, Legacy was to install homeowner supplied 12'x12' tile (ceramic or porcelain)the client requested that the floor be level with the surrounding hardwood flooring, therefore the sub floor was prepped with 1/2'' hardi backer which is sufficient for the 12xceramic or porcelain tiles after the hardi backer was installed the homeowner changed his mind and purchased large marble slabs Legacy advised client not to use this product for this application and was told Legacy could not give a guarantee or warranty client wanted to proceed as he liked the marble and had already ordered and received the new product Legacy has not had any complaints thus far due to our reputable customer service being said Legacy would never tell a client that it is not our issue If Legacy was called months (6-10-) after marble install to report marble issue and did not respond, then why would Legacy be called out on 6-18-(over a year) to give an estimate for replacing the closet doors in all bedrooms (a copy of the door estimate is attached) in which nothing was said about the marble Legacy will not replace the marble as the client was advised not to use this product for this particular application and therefore could not guarantee or warranty it
