I am writing in regards to the complaint we receivedIt was stated that a business card was left by a Noah P [redacted] that was a subcontractor who’s job description is Project Manager on his card and what his duties entailed was he was a canvasser that generated leads for the company via storm damage inspections or a retail projectIt was stated to us that the roof was inspected by Noah (which would never have occurred as he is not certified) and that the customer saw him checking for debris under shingles that the seals were compromised and performing a brittle testThere is no evidence of a formal agree which we have signed in the case that a customer will be making an insurance claim or opting to do a project through a retail formatI understand the individual that filed the complaint may have had damage to his roof but their is no supporting evidence that we inspected the roof or that it was caused by our companyI would also like to note that this is said to have occurred over months ago and our company never received any communication via email or phone asking us to rectify the issueAlthough we were not responsible we would be willing to assist the customer and offer a free repair to help him with the distress he is going through

inspections or a retail project. It was stated to us that the roof was inspected by Noah (which would never have occurred as he is not certified) and that the customer saw him checking for debris under shingles that the seals were compromised and performing a brittle test. There is no evidence of a formal agree which we have signed in the case that a customer will be making an insurance claim or opting to do a project through a retail format. I understand the individual that filed the complaint may have had damage to his roof but their is no supporting evidence that we inspected the roof or that it was caused by our company. I would also like to note that this is said to have occurred over 4 months ago and our company never received any communication via email or phone asking us to rectify the issue. Although we were not responsible we would be willing to assist the customer and offer a free repair to help him with the distress he is going through.
