Customer is correct and we did mistake on his warranty date on the part, car ran out of federal warranty 3-20-which is not days ago but days ago We did call customer and explained the mistake, and offer a discount the repair from retail $to er $with tax Due to the car being out of time by days no manufacture extends warranty on federally mandated parts Customer explained he could not afford it, we reinstalled HIS part back on his car, at no charge to him It was also explained at time of drop off he could be subject to a check out charge of $which was waived for customer satisfaction Customer is asking to us honor a warranty that has expired

$900 with tax.  Due to the car being out of time by 30 days no manufacture extends warranty on federally mandated parts.  Customer explained he could not afford it, we reinstalled HIS part back on his car, at no charge to him.  It was also explained at time of drop off he could be subject to a check out charge of $115.00 which was waived for customer satisfaction.  Customer is asking to us honor a warranty that has expired.
