Legacy Auto Brokers

I had bought a car from this dealership for $1000 down which was a 2013 Jeep. Not even 2 days later the transmission went out. After that I gave them $800 more for a 2016 Chrysler 200. It's been over 6 months and I still haven't got the plates to my car or any information about who to make the payments to. The dealership failed to send in the correct paperwork and didn't even know about it till I called them and told them about it. Now they want to try and tow my car due to none payments but as I mentioned before I didn't know who to make the payments to because they never informed me or sent the correct paperwork to the bank so the bank had no knowledge of me even having a 2016 Chrysler they believed I still had the Jeep because the dealership never changed it. They have done this to more 20 of their customers and I have proof of it. I have screenshots of all the reviews on there website complaining about the same thing I'm going through. All I want is my down payment back so I can move on to a actual delarship.
