Dear Ms***, I am very sorry that your experience with us was less than favorable. I am unsure as to where the breakdown in this situation was; I think honestly the confusion was due to lack of communication on our part-*** *** and us not knowing who was responsible for the time that we
spent out at your home making sure the electrical was safe. I believe sending you the invoice was just an internal billing error and that the bill should have been rightfully sent to *** ***-I apologize for that. It was never our intention to unfairly bill yprovided a service, that was requested but I do think the bill should have gone to *** ***. I will proceed with them in order to cover the cost of sending out our tech. I think there were just too many people in the mix of this and follow through was poor. If you have any further questions please call in and speak to me directly. When you called in you did not speak to one of the owners. Best Regards
