I contracted with Lee’s trees to cut tree on property. The contract was for cutting the Maple tree and removing the stump. They cut the tree in January Ann said they would be back later to remove stump.. I paid in full for the service-cutting the tree and removing the stump. It is now June and they have not been back to remove the stump. I have called three times and emailed them in the last 3 months. They have not removed the stump yet nor given me a time when they would.
When I called over a week ago I said if we did not hear from them in the next week I would file complaint with Revdex.com.
I would like the stump removed.

Lees Trees did come today, July 3 and drilled the stump away. The stump is gone, but he did not remove the wood chips. Not sure if tree companies include that in the job, but I would think so. JOB IS DONE. STUMP HAS BEEN REMOVED.
Regards
I paid to have Lee's Tree Service trim several trees and remove 2 trees on July 11, 2018. I paid the total invoice and was told that they would be back to grind out the stumps. I contacted them again on August 13, 2018 & September 26, 2018 and was told that they would be out the complete the job. The job is still not complete. I would like them to come back and grind out the stumps or refund the $160 that I paid to have the stumps ground out.
Business said the customer's gate was too small for his grinder to fit through. Business will refund $160. Please provide mailing address.

Mr Lee cut 3 trees down Sept 23rd and was to grind out the stumps as well. They did not complete grinding the stumps even though I told them on the 23rd that they need to finish. I now have 2 very large lumps in the yard and one that just needs a little work. I called 3 times and sent a letter with the details of what was needed. He had told me when I agreed to the work that they would grind down 12in. This needs to be done so I can put down topsoil and grass seed. I have 3 muddy spots in the yard since I can't sew seed until he is done. When I spoke with him, he said he would be out in about a week. It has been a month.
Mr. Lee said he has grinded out the stumps last week, and it should be taken care of.
