Lee's Landscape Design

On 10/9/19 we contracted with Lee's Landscape Design to cover portions of our back yard with pavers. After completing the job we noticed that the job was not completed as promised in the following ways:
1) Only 3 yards of crushed concrete were applied instead of the 9 yards promised and charged for
2) Only 3 sacks of polymer sand were applied instead of the 6 sacks promised and charged for, plus inflated the price per sack to nearly twice its regular price.
3) The acrylic sand was not applied properly, since it was not compacted, nor enough sand used to fill the cracks completely (many have reopened) and the fine sand not blown /cleared off has now glazed most of the red pavers, turning them grayish.
4) He is not responding to multiple attempted phone calls.
