Review: The company agressively demanded a deposit of $250 during the quote process and prior to our involving insurance or obtaining any other quotes. They pushed agressively for and obtained a $250 bank debit. No agreement or contract for them to perform the repairs was ever signed.

When we contacted them within 24 hours to cancel the parts order/debit, they refused to do so and refused to refund the $250 charge. Numerous phones calls to the company are referred to "unavailable" people who do not return those phone calls. We are working with our bank to try to recover the funds.

Please note that no service whatsoever was ever rendered nor were any parts supplied to or received by us.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $250 to the bank account/debit card involved. And fair treatment of customers!!

Mr.[redacted] has been called back by myself on numerous occasions to his 732 number and his 917 number and I have left messages on his voice mail to respond to his request we are a little confused as I know these people and we pride our selves on customer service. I am rejecting this response because:

Mr. [redacted] does not "know these people". He repeatedly failed to take my calls because, according to his receptionist, he was shoveling snow. He has failed to contact us or refund the deposit over the past four weeks.

Nevertheless, after Revdex.com's involvement, he took my call today and has agreed to refund the deposit. He can no doubt respond to this once the deposit has been refunded and this matter can only then be closed.
