Lee's Cycle Service

Review: My husband and I took his 2007 Suzuki to there shop to have the coolant checked and they said we needed a new battery and I explained how the battery in it has a life time warranty so I picked up the battery and took it to cycle gear and they gave us a new one. I brought it immediately back to the shop and handed it to the manage. A couple days later they called and told me the engine seized for no reason. Which is extremely odd especially since the mileage on the bike is 6,680. So we picked up the bike and when we took it to a new shop to have a new engine put in they discovered they never put the battery in it. I called Lee's and told them but they said they have remodeled the shop and got rid of a lot of things and didn't have my battery anymore. I have filled a claim with my insurance company because they were unable to tell us why the bike seized in there property when it was running fine before it got to the shop.Desired Settlement: My insurance is unable to cover the claim because its a liability issue and should have been fixed and payed for by the shop since there technician told my adjuster they mistakenly didn't and couldn't explain why it happened. I would like the money back that I originally paid for the battery since they no longer offer lifetime warranty's when you purchase batteries. I would also appreciate if they could reimburse me for paying for the new used engine we had placed in it.

Lee's is the best motorcycle shop esp for racers and sport enthusiasts. Wouldn't go anywhere else !!
