I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mr. [redacted] did not contact me on 9/19 as he noted to the Revdex.com.  I called him and left him a voicemail asking for a return call- still nothing back.  It is now 9/22 and still nothing (no call, no email).  I will be taking further action to receive my $600 back.

9/19=Mr. [redacted] said he will get in touch with customer today. He has been tied up with other work and still has their $600 for the bobcat rental. He can take them the money next week. He also asked for their email address, which was provided.
