Michael provided us with a beautiful remodel of our lower level, including installing gorgeous kitchen and fireplace During the work, every attention to detail was made, which included not only decorative finishes (including painting), but also, bringing down plumbing lines, added electrical sufficient for large appliances and creating a new storage room with shelving appropriate for multiple storage bins In doing the work, Tracy found issues with the original electrical wiring to be not code and completely corrected the problem by rewiring much of the entire floor As well, it was found that the original builder had not placed any sort of insulation, which solved the question of why it was always cold there It was immediately fixed We find that Leelanau Builders is a company of high integrity, honest and the final product was of the very best quality
