(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Requesting no further contact from business, including via USPS, as they are unable to provide documentation for validityI have given them the opportunity to mail and email documentation as proof of claim, however, they are unable to provide such documentationCompany has caused undue hardship to me and my family, and for this, I am requesting a formal written apology from Leegh and Associates for representing themselves as a law firm and using deceptive practices to obtain money from me that I have proven that I do not owe

I am rejecting this response because: I was never sent documentation saying I owed a debt to Leegh & AssociatesThey verbally stated I owed a debt and threatened to take my assets away and pay more than what was settled for, basically putting me in a corner with no escapeThey also claimed jail time for meAgain, the only documents I received was acknowledgment I paid their supposed debtAll I ask for is documentation which would justify the call and threats to my credit which I work hard to keep in good standingI don't understand why...if they allegedly sent me documentation, they could not simply send it to me again ...and I will drop this matterUnfortunately, I see this is not going to be the caseThere was no debt and they are a bad business practice operationI needed to get this information out through the Revdex.com so I can hopefully justify my claim and help others who have gone through a similar situation, which I saw there are in the Revdex.com system

that this was a voluntary arrangement. We have submitted release of liability and paid in full letters to Mr. [redacted]. As this time, Mr. [redacted] feels the need to seek counsel and have an attorney on retainer. We have communicated our action plan with his attorney. She decided calling in cussing was the most professional. We will not waste anymore time or energy on this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never sent documentation saying I owed a debt to Leegh & Associates. They verbally stated I owed a debt and threatened to take my assets away and pay more than what was settled for, basically putting me in a corner with no escape. They also claimed jail time for me. Again, the only documents I received was acknowledgment I paid their supposed debt. All I ask for is documentation which would justify the call and threats to my credit which I work hard to keep in good standing. I don't understand why...if they allegedly sent me documentation, they could not simply send it to me again ...and I will drop this matter. Unfortunately, I see this is not going to be the case. There was no debt and they are a bad business practice operation. I needed to get this information out through the Revdex.com so I can hopefully justify my claim and help others who have gone through a similar situation, which I saw there are 50 in the Revdex.com system.
