I was an intern at General Mills in when I first heard of Lee Chin It was a collaboration or so between GM and a Chinese lady I only ate their very super sweet Chinese foods a few times I only eat the curry when I'm there A few weeks ago as I was delivering late into the afternoon when I had to deliver for Lee Chin for a Doordash customer I ordered a curry dish to go as I had to run Upon getting home, the curry dish was full of the burnt carbon leftover from Chinese pots and pans from too much frying and food This is the Lee Chin in Midway StPaul, MN I called the manager and he said he will send out a new coupon but a month or so later, NOTHING I was tricked and lied too Come on Lee Chin you know better than to hire a white cook who has no regards for the wellness of your customers or knows anything about cooking Asian foods Curry is a Thai dish especially with coconut milk The Chinese do NOT eat coconut milk
