I am rejecting this response because:Response to issue 2: This is a responseThere was no mention that gutters would need to be replaced.I was told I would need to replace gutters after Lee's roofing completed jobTHEN they tried to provide a bid. Response to issue 3:I was offered 5% discount ($650) which could be applied to install OR sent as referral to realtor. Lee's Roofing did not send referral to realtor, and I found out from realtor that they would not accept anyway. Lee's Roofing owes me $650.

I am rejecting this response because:1) The contractor installed the roof and did not inform me prior to being hired that the existing
raingutters would no longer work with the new roof they planned to installAs a result, I have now had to install all new raingutters at a cost of $1500. 2) I have still not received a final receipt, although they have claimed they mailed it on several occasions.
