I called this company to schedule an appointment for a home inspectionI needed someone fast due to the time frame I hadI also wanted to find a company that I could pay at closingI had trouble finding one to do that so I scheduled the appointmentAfter getting a referral from my mortgage company I canceled this appointmentWhen I called the Lady [redacted] wanted to know why I was cancelingI advised of the reason and she canceled the appointment for meThen I receive a call from her husband asking if I was canceling the appointment because it takes a long time to book him for his servicesIt only took me days to get an appointmentHe then proceeds to tell me good luck and starts laughing hysterically and hung upThat is very unprofessional and poor customer service
