In response to the additional information Mr *** provided, *** *** purchased two Capitol Brand Tires in October of then returned January and purchased two more of the same tiresI did also notice there is no history of Tire Rotations or service of any kind on the tiresNever the less as I said earlier the warranties are those of the manufacturerNot Lee's Crossing Tires and Service LLC., I did look the tires up and the warranty is "0"As for any cost of any other repair I do not understand why Mr*** would think Lee's Crossing has any responsibility for any cost of a repair we did not performI have attached a copy of the repair orders and tire spec sheet to this responseI hope this provides Mr*** with the information he needs.*** ***Owner

warranties are those of the manufacturer not Lee's Crossing Tires and Service LLCI can assure him if these tires are one of our brands Michelin, BF Goodrich, or Uniroyal we are a dealer and will be happy to work on his behalf to present his claims to the manfacturer to resolve any concerns as to a defect which may or may not existThank You *** ***Owner
