To whom it may concern.I have reviewed the complaint from *** *** and have reviewed his file.Mr*** came in to Elm Grove Dodge on 3-9-for a West Virginia state inspectionThe technician found that the brake rotors had an unsafe amount of rust build up and would need to be
replacedHe also found a few light bulbs to be burnt outMr*** was brought into the shop on this day and was shown what repairs were needed and whyMr*** elected to not have the repairs completed on this day.On 2.14-I spoke to Mr *** in regards to his complaint to the Revdex.comI listened to his concerns and informed him again that the repairs were recommended based on rust build up and not pad wearI invited him back to the dealership so that I could investigate his concern and show him again why the technician failed the vehicle for State InspectionCustomer refused to entertain any conversation in regards to resolving his concernHe stated he was done speaking and ended the call.No further again will be taken by the dealership at this time
