On 4/5/David W*** came to service a leaky toilet After trying to resolve the issue by changing the wax ring, David determined that the "flange" had to be re-done He quoted me a price of $and stated that he would be back the next day to do the job because he did not have the parts/equipment needed to complete the jobInstead of giving him a partial payment, I went ahead and paid him the entire $because I trusted him He had done work for me before and I had been completely satisfied, to the point that I recommended him to several friends When David did not show up, nor call for several days, I started calling him He wouldn't answer and when he did he kept giving me excuses like rain or a broken truck, etcFinally, I asked for a refund which he promised to bring the next day and NEVER showed up or called I have contacted him several times, to no avail I am very disappointed because I have been patient with him and did not want to cause harm to his Dad's b
