On August 16, 2017, our driver, Devin had complications with the member before [redacted] that put in the complaint It was difficult to locate the previous member due to the special needs and language barrier that the member had After dropping off the member at home, he arrived at [redacted] *'s house at 5:PM on our record Once the driver arrived to pickup [redacted] to his appointment, [redacted] came out, got into the vehicle, then got out of the vehicle, and went back into his house with little details on his actions Which the driver got confused about why the member went back into his house With no explanation for [redacted] *'s actions, the driver thought that [redacted] was not going to his appointment anymore The driver then left back to the office, because he was done with his schedule trips for the day When [redacted] called back, Devin was already back to the office, which is minutes from [redacted] *'s address We then routed another driver to pick up [redacted] *, and that driver got his house at 5:PM [redacted] did ended up going to his appointment Lee Transportation LLC has assess this incident and will use it for training purposes to better our service for all future members

member had.  After dropping off the member at home, he arrived at [redacted]'s house at 5:22 PM on our record.  Once the driver arrived to pickup [redacted] to his appointment, [redacted] came out, got into the vehicle, then got out of the vehicle, and went back into his house with little details on his actions.  Which the driver got confused about why the member went back into his house.  With no explanation for [redacted]'s actions, the driver thought that [redacted] was not going to his appointment anymore.  The driver then left back to the office, because he was done with his schedule trips for the day.  When [redacted] called back, Devin was already back to the office, which is 20 minutes from [redacted]'s address.  We then routed another driver to pick up [redacted], and that driver got his house at 5:55 PM.  [redacted] did ended up going to his appointment.  Lee Transportation LLC has assess this incident and will use it for training purposes to better our service for all future members.
